CEIQ is led by experienced educators and ed-tech practitioners who have worked alongside some of the largest school districts in the United States. Our model was developed from that experience: supporting schools and districts through ESSA audits, superintendent walkthroughs, and state and local reviews.
Along the way, we saw the same thing again and again. Districts don't lack data. Climate surveys, strategic plans, ESSA and Title I plans, meeting minutes and family outreach records already exist, but they live in separate places and never add up to one picture. Perception data alone is hard to stand behind in front of a board or a state reviewer.
CEIQ is the community engagement companion we wished those schools had. We align the work schools already produce to a research-backed framework, measure what is actually happening in every building, and turn that evidence into clear recommendations. Then our team works alongside each School Leadership Team from fall baseline to year-end results.
The goal is simple: sustainable practices, defensible evidence, and communities that hold together, even when people move on.
